Membership that renews itself

Members do not quit in a dramatic moment. They miss a week, then three, then the direct debit becomes the only thing still happening. A card that shows their tier and their expiry, and a reminder that goes out on its own, catches them before the cancellation email.

  • A class pass that counts attendance

  • Menu QR codes

Built for other trades. You will not be asked to configure any of it, and it will not clutter your nav.

A DAY ON THE FLOOR

What it looks like on an ordinary day

6:30am

The early class. Members scan on the way in. It is a check-in, so nothing is calculated and nobody queues.

10:00am

You move somebody up a tier. The card in their pocket changes to match. Nothing is reissued and nothing gets posted.

2:00pm

Renewals due in two weeks get their reminder automatically, with the expiry date already on their card.

7:45pm

Nine members are one class from lapsing. They are in a group you can message in a click, before the direct debit becomes the argument.

The Numbers

Four things worth watching

Not a dashboard of forty charts. These are the ones that change what you do next week.

AttendanceWho is actually turning up, not just who is paying.
Lapse riskMembers whose visits have dropped off a cliff this month.

FAQ

Questions from your trade

Yes. Class booking uses the same calendar as appointments, respecting instructor availability and blocked time, and members book from a page on your own link.

Yes. A class pass works like a stamp card, counting attendance towards a free session, and it can sit alongside a membership card on the same customer record.

They appear in the slipping away and gone quiet groups before they cancel, which is the point. You can message that group directly rather than finding out when the payment stops.
