One customer can hold every design you issue, and it still counts as one. Platforms that meter installed passes charge you again for the same person.

removes “Powered by PointVibe” from your booking page and your pass signup form, so the whole journey carries only your brand. Your logo and brand colour already appear on every plan — white-label is about taking our name off.

put your logo in the middle of every QR you hand out — the counter poster, the story sticker, the share link. A code with a mark on it reads as a real business; a plain one reads as an anonymous link, and people are rightly wary of those now.

Every plan gets customer health, segments, points economy, peak hours, visit frequency and retention. Plus adds new vs returning and 3–6 month ranges. Pro adds revenue, pass lifecycle and full-year or custom ranges. Enterprise adds location comparison across your whole group.

Service businesses — salons, spas, clinics, studios, barbers — get Appointments automatically when they pick their industry at setup. A bakery never sees a calendar it will not use. Restaurants and cafés get Reservations and Menu QR when those launch.

means the feature ships with the PointVibe customer app, which is in development. It is included in your plan from the day it launches at no extra cost, and you are not billed for it before then.

Anyone who scans a pass, takes a booking or looks up a customer needs their own login — that is how every action is attributed to a person, and how the fraud controls work.

Apple and Google don't charge per message, so neither do we. Email and SMS allowances reset monthly.
