Scan Apple and Google Wallet passes of any type — loyalty, event, membership, stamp card, coupon, gift card, and access passes.

Instant member recognition

The moment a pass is scanned, staff see the member's name, tier, current balance, and last visit. Relevant rewards or flags appear automatically.

Multiple earning modes

Supports every rule type configured in the Web App — visit-based, spend-based, and item-based earning, all handled automatically.

Event validation

For event passes, scanning validates the ticket and marks it as used. Duplicate scans are flagged immediately.

Membership verification

For membership passes, scanning confirms active status, expiry date, and access level.

Coupon redemption

Single-use coupons are marked as redeemed on scan; multi-use coupons decrement automatically.

Manual lookup

Search any member by name, phone, or email if their pass isn't available.
